平凡なOLをしていた女は、ある日ジョギング中に暴漢に襲われレイプされる。犯人は分らずじまいだが、必死の抵抗中にもぎ取ったイニシャル入りのペンダントだけが遺留品だった。絶対に復讐してやると誓い、女は水商売に転じ、熱心に働きながら夜の街で男を探す。そんな女の仕事振りが評判になり、銀座の一流クラブから声が掛かった。そこはまさに男を巡る、女の戦いの場でもあった。やがてそのクラブのママから銀座を仕切るヤクザの幹部を紹介される。が、なんと、その幹部こそが女をレイプした犯人だったのだ。女は男を安心させるため、身体を与え、愛人になったふりをし、やがてある日、酔わせた男をあのレイプ現場へと連れていき…。
女優として数多くの作品に出演し、やがて監督業に進出し、ミリオンでデビュー作を撮った珠瑠美監督の2作目の作品で、日活での第1作となったのが本作。デビュー作と同じく水月円、亜希いずみ、野上正義を起用している。
